1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Codiate governing your use of the Cashly Free For Everyone mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Licence to Use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. We retain all rights in the App, including its code, design, trademarks, and content, except for content you provide.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where that restriction is prohibited by law
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the App or any servers or networks it relies on
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App, other accounts, or connected systems
• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the App without our written permission
• Use automated systems to access the App in a way that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaches these rules.

4. Availability and Updates

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, and we may release updates that add, alter, or remove features. Some updates are required for the App to keep working. We are not liable for any unavailability of the App, whether planned or not.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on or link to services we do not control, including Google Play. We are not responsible for those services, their content, or their terms. Your use of them is governed by their own agreements.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defect will be corrected.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codiate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the App is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — continue to apply.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the App is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence says otherwise.

10. Not financial advice

Cashly Free For Everyone is a record-keeping tool. It shows you totals, charts and progress based on the figures you enter yourself. It does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing it displays should be treated as a recommendation.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for any decision you make about your own money. For advice about your financial situation, speak to a qualified professional.

11. Your data is your responsibility

The app stores your data locally on your device and does not keep a copy anywhere else. That means we cannot recover it for you.

If you uninstall the app, reset your data, lose the device, or the device fails, any data you have not backed up is gone permanently. Use the built-in backup export regularly and keep the file somewhere safe. Restoring a backup replaces the data currently in the app, so be sure before you import.

12. Provided as is

The app is provided free of charge and as is, without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee that it will be free of defects, that reminders will always be delivered on time (Android's battery optimisation can delay or block scheduled alarms on some devices), or that it will remain compatible with every future version of Android.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including financial decisions made on the basis of what it displays or the loss of data you did not back up.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version, and material changes will be announced in the App or on its Google Play listing. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
